Job summary

Emendo Inc. is seeking a dedicated professional to drive capital and engineering projects, oversee Lean implementation, and support executive leadership presentations.

The role requires coordination across functions and direct engagement with client stakeholders on large capital investments and process improvements. Domestic and international travel may be required to support customer needs across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biopharmaceutical Technology, Life Sciences, Lean Manufacturing, or a relevant field.
• Strong data analytics and PowerPoint slide creation abilities.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite.
• Strong Communication & Presentation Skills.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biopharmaceutical Technology, Life Sciences, Lean Manufacturing, or a relevant field
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.)
• Strong data analytics and PowerPoint slide creation abilities
• Strong Communication & Presentation Skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven Leadership experience with small teams
• Experience in project management or lean implementation
• Experience working in a GMP environment
• Build, update, and monitor detailed schedules for assigned scope areas
• Align deliverables across Engineering, Automation, CQV, Quality, Maintenance, and Operations for assigned scope areas
• Drive day-to-day follow‑up on action items, open issues, and dependencies
• Ensure coordination of interconnected or dependent commissioning and qualification activities
• Maintain accurate project records, dashboards, and provide progress updates
• Identify emerging risks in scope and scheduling; elevate as needed
• Act as a central point of contact for the scope area, ensuring smooth collaboration across functions
