Job summary

FIS is seeking an experienced professional to join the Ops Centralized Professional Services Team in a full-time role. You will serve as a trusted advisor on Systematics-based banking initiatives, designing solutions that meet complex client requirements and align with strategic growth goals.

You will lead engagements, translate business needs into technology recommendations, and collaborate with executives and stakeholders to drive operational excellence across large financial institutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Significant experience working with the Systematics platform and related banking technologies.
• Strong consulting and client relationship management experience in financial services or technology environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to Systematics clients, providing strategic consulting on business and technology initiatives.

About the Team

The Ops Centralized Professional Services Team partners with large financial institution clients to deliver strategic consulting, technology solutions, and transformation initiatives within the Systematics ecosystem. The team works directly with client executives, business leaders, and technical stakeholders to address complex challenges, align technology with business goals, and support future growth. As part of a collaborative and high-performing organization, you'll help shape innovative solutions that enable clients to achieve operational excellence and maximize business value.

What You Will Be Doing
