Qualifications

• Must have strong skills and experience in Systematics IM or ST product/application.
• Cobol programming experience required.
• Extensive experience delivering enterprise software, technology, or financial services solutions.
• Strong knowledge of systems integration, SDLC, and solution implementation methodologies.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical designs and delivery plans.
• Ability to lead complex projects and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and consulting skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, banking, payments, or regulated tech environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent.

About the Role

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or skills-based equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Banking and Deposits.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks and modern DevOps practices.

The pay range for this full-time position is $111,650.00 - $189,810.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
