Nutrition that Works, LLC seeks a consultant dietitian to join our team for the long-term care community in Logan, WV, for 8 hours per week.

The role focuses on completing clinical nutrition assessments, documenting with the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR, collaborating with the interdisciplinary care plan team, and completing the MDS - Section K. The position offers flexible scheduling and excellent pay.
