Nutrition that Works, LLC seeks a consultant dietitian to support a Long Term Care facility in Brodhead, KY. This 14-hour-per-week role offers a flexible schedule and competitive pay.

You will perform clinical nutrition assessments, document via the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR, and collaborate with the care team. MDS - Section K may be included, with wound and weight-change recommendations.

Qualifications

• CDR credential required.
• Dietetic licensure required.
• Positive attitude and client-centered approach.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a long-term care setting.

Responsabilités

• Completing clinical nutrition assessments.
• Documenting using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR system.
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care plan team.
• Completing the MDS - Section K.
• Calculating TF.
• Making recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes.
