Job summary

Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a consultant dietitian to join our team in Cadiz, KY. The position offers four hours per week or eight hours every other week with a flexible schedule and excellent pay.

Responsibilities include completing clinical nutrition assessments, documenting via the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR, collaborating with the care plan team, and completing MDS - Section K, along with wound and weight-change recommendations.

Qualifications

• CDR credentialed dietitian.
• Licensed to practice as a dietitian.
• Client-centered approach with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Complete clinical nutrition assessments.
• Document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care plan team.
• Complete the MDS - Section K.
• Calculate TF and provide weight-change/wound care recommendations.
