Consultant (Cisco Voice Engineer)

Location: Mckinney, TX.

Responsibilities

• Provide Cisco voice engineering services for clients located throughout the U.S.
• Work with Cisco VOIP and networking, specifically Cisco Unified Communications Call Manager, Unified Communications Manager Express, and Cisco Unified Contact Center Express.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot level two issues within a company network, including monitoring network performance.
• Document network performance, gather data about performance issues.
• Coordinate with Cisco vendors to resolve network performance issues.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Technology Management, Mathematics, Business, or Engineering.
• At least 2 years of IT experience that includes the listed skill sets.
• Willingness to travel and relocate.
• Authority to work permanently in the U.S.

Compensation

Minimum salary of $90,938.00.
