Job summary

Guidehouse India is seeking a risk and controls professional to join our team. You will conduct risk and control assessments, review controls, track remediation, and design controls for effectiveness and efficiency while partnering with cross-functional teams to embed controls in business operations.

This role requires up to 10% travel, strong communication, and the ability to collaborate across borders, including engagement with US stakeholders, to keep RCSA documentation up to date and produce

Qualifications

  • Master's or bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in banking or consulting for commercial financial services.
  • Must have experience in operational risk, banking regulations and compliance.
  • Should have experience with current state risk and control assessments, including process mapping.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to collaborate in a cross-border setting and engage with stakeholders in the US.

What You Will Do

What You Will Need

What Would Be Nice To Have
  • CPA, Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or any other relevant certifications
  • Ability to work independently, manage shifting priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills, including risk analysis and document control design
  • Ability to draft process documentation and support change management initiatives
  • Prior consulting experience
