Compensation and Bonuses

Salary ranges from $23.00 to $25.00 per hour based on experience. Paid weekly.

Bonus! Earn an additional $2000 your first year. New crew members receive an extra $500 bonus every quarter during their first year. Bonuses are subject to applicable taxes.

Job Responsibilities

1. Follow safety and construction procedures, methods, and standards.
2. Read and interpret construction plans.
3. Use tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
4. Perform tasks such as digging, footing installation, wall and roof framing, window and door installation, siding and roofing material installation, and finishing with trims.
5. Work collaboratively in a safe, organized, and respectful environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in building construction, carpentry, or framing preferred.
• Willingness to complete training programs.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Availability to work 9-10 hours during peak season.
• Ability to follow directions and produce quality work efficiently.
• Commitment to safety procedures and proper tool operation.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, up to 100 pounds occasionally, and work at heights up to 40 feet.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%, including overnight trips of up to two weeks.

Additional Information

Positions are eligible for three years of progressive pay increases based on experience, training, and attendance.
