Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret blueprints and CAD drawings to execute finish carpentry plans.
  • Measure, cut, and install interior trim elements such as baseboards, crown molding, door and window casings.
  • Use hand tools and pneumatic tools with accuracy and safety.
  • Ensure precision and high-quality execution of joints, angles, and finishes.
  • Identify and solve challenges during installation to maintain workmanship standards.
  • Work collaboratively with framing and other trade teams to maintain project flow.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ years of trim carpentry or related residential interior work (preferred but teachable).
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Skilled in reading blueprints and operating standard hand/power tools.
  • Experience with ladders and working at heights.
  • Personal hand tools (preferred).
  • Valid driver's license (preferred).
