Job Opportunity: Construction Crew Member at Morton Buildings

Location: Bozeman, MT

Morton Buildings is expanding its construction crews and employee ownership! We are the industry leader in post-frame construction, with over 120 years of experience, multiple manufacturing and shipping plants, and over 100 construction centers nationwide.

Compensation & Bonuses:

• Salary: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour, based on experience
• Bonus: Earn an additional $2,000 in your first year, plus a $500 quarterly bonus during your first year (subject to taxes)

As a crew member, under your foreman's guidance, you will:

• Learn and apply safety and construction procedures
• Read and build according to plans
• Use tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform tasks like digging, framing, installing doors, siding, roofing, and finishing
• Work in a respectful, organized, and productive environment

Qualifications:

• Experience in construction, carpentry, or framing preferred
• Willingness to complete training
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Availability to work 9-10 hours during peak season
• Ability to follow directions and produce quality work
• Compliance with safety procedures
• Ability to operate tools and safety equipment properly
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, up to 100 pounds occasionally, and work at heights up to 40 feet
• Willingness to travel up to 20%, including overnight stays of up to two weeks
