Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA/CPA/CTP preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in treasury or financial management, ideally in construction, contracting, or field services.
• Strong knowledge of cash flow planning in project-based environments.
• Familiarity with construction billing, retainage, and payment applications.
• Proficiency with treasury management systems and Excel.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and forecast daily, weekly, and long-term cash flows across job sites and operating entities.
• Ensure liquidity to support payroll, subcontractor payments, equipment purchases, and project mobilization.
• Manage relationships with banks, bonding companies, and equipment finance providers.
• Coordinate credit facilities, letters of credit, and bonding requirements for construction projects.
• Oversee loan compliance and debt service obligations.
• Align treasury operations with project billing cycles and payment terms with subcontractors.
• Support project management and procurement teams in ensuring timely vendor payments.
