Job summary

HomeTown Services seeks a Treasury Manager to oversee daily cash flow, liquidity, and banking relationships across multiple project sites. The role supports project financing, vendor payments, and risk management to ensure strong liquidity and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in treasury or financial management within construction or field services, with proficiency in treasury systems and Excel.

Qualifications

• The candidate will oversee daily cash flow, liquidity, and banking relationships.
• Experience in construction, contracting, or field services environments is preferred.
• Strong understanding of cash flow planning in project-based industries.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and forecast cash flows across multiple job sites and operating entities.
• Manage banking relationships and credit facilities for construction projects.
• Oversee vendor and project payment processes, retainage, and payment terms.
• Maintain treasury operations, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Assess interest rate risk and assist with hedging and insurance coordination.
• Prepare liquidity reports, cash position forecasts, and capital allocation insights.
