Job summary

HomeTown Services seeks a Treasury Manager to oversee daily cash flow, manage banking relationships, and support corporate finance initiatives across multiple locations.

You will ensure liquidity, monitor risks, and coordinate project payments while maintaining compliance and optimizing treasury processes. This role collaborates with procurement, project management, and finance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or higher in finance or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years in treasury or financial management, preferably in construction or field services.
• Strong knowledge of cash flow planning and project-based billing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cash flow and forecasting for multiple sites and entities.
• Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, LC and bonding requirements.
• Coordinate vendor and project payments ensuring liquidity.
• Maintain treasury controls and regulatory compliance across projects.
• Monitor risk, interest exposure, and assist with financing decisions.
• Prepare liquidity reports and provide management with actionable insights.
