Job summary

A.R. Mays Construction seeks a Construction Superintendent to directly supervise field work and subcontractors on assigned projects. You will work with the project team to ensure on-time completion per contract and schedule, while upholding quality and the company's reputation.

You will manage day-to-day operations, coordinate with team leaders, and drive project performance from start to finish. Strong organization, communication, and leadership skills are essential for success on this on-site

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3-5 years working as a superintendent for a commercial general contractor or comparable experience.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Computer skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Procore.
• Clubhouse experience a plus.

Job Summary

The Construction Superintendent is responsible for the direct supervision of field work performed by A.R. Mays Construction and its subcontractors on assigned projects. Is a member of the project team and works with other team leaders to build the project successfully. Assures completion of the work on time per the contract and project schedule. Is responsible for the project schedule and day-to-day operations. Directs performance of the work in accordance with the plans while maintaining the highest standard of quality. Ensures that the field operations are managed in a manner which will enhance the client’s and this company’s reputation.
