Base pay range

$110,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Location – East Coast

Comp range - $110k to $150k base + 5% project profit share

PTO – 15 Days + Company holidays

About the Role:

This opportunity is with an industry leading GC specialized in Retail, Commercial, Hospitality and Industrial projects. Due to an increase of workflow within their travel division this GC is seeking a strong Superintendent to focus on $5m to $40m ground up projects across the East Coast.

This role requires supervising all on-site activities and extensive travel with projects ranging from the Mid Atlantic, North East, Southeast and Midwest. You would work independently while ensuring projects are completed according to schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all on-site construction activities.
• Control budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure on time projects delivery.
• Resolve on-site conflicts or issues that may arise during construction.
• Utilize Procore and other project management tools to track progress and manage documentation.
• Ensure project quality and safety is held to a high standard and in line with regulation.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to provide updates and address any issues or concerns.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent managing ground up projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications.
• Proficient in project management software and other relevant technology.
• Willingness to travel nationwide.
