Job summary

Holder Construction is seeking a Training Manager to lead onboarding, integration, and development efforts across all sites. This full-time, in-person role drives a consistent employee experience and builds skills for project success.

You will partner with project leadership and Human Resources to design targeted development solutions, oversee training rollout, and coach leaders and trainees to sustain performance across the first year.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading onboarding, workforce development, training programs in construction or similar.
• Ability to influence leaders and drive adoption in field-based environments.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders on large projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the associate integration strategy and ensure onboarding aligns with project culture and standards.
• Coordinate with project leadership to identify workforce needs and deliver targeted development solutions.
• Plan and execute cross-functional training rollouts across office, field, and safety.
• Coach leaders and trainees, reinforce learning, and monitor training effectiveness.
