Job summary

Holder Construction is seeking a Training Manager to lead integration, onboarding, and development across Mustang sites. You will align new associates with culture, expectations, and standards while partnering with project leaders to address workforce needs and implement targeted development solutions.

The role requires 5+ years in onboarding or similar programs within construction or related fields, strong facilitation skills, and the ability to travel 50–70% to project sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading onboarding, workforce development, training, or operations programs in complex environments.
• Ability to influence leaders and drive adoption in field-based settings.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders on large projects.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills in dynamic environments.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the associate integration strategy and ensure onboarding aligns with project culture and standards.
• Partner with project leadership to identify workforce needs and implement development solutions.
• Oversee cross-functional jobsite planning, scheduling, and execution for training rollouts.
• Facilitate training and set clear expectations for training outcomes and learning checks.
• Support leaders and trainees to reinforce learning and sustain desired behaviors on the job.
• Ensure consistency of training experiences across all project teams and functions.
• Monitor training completion and effectiveness metrics; report to leadership.
• Schedule check-ins and collect feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with coordinators to manage logistics, scheduling, and communication.
