L7 Construction, Inc. is seeking a Construction Training Coordinator to plan, organize, coordinate, and track employee training programs that support workforce development, compliance, and career growth.

You will work with Operations, Project Management, Safety, and other departments to schedule trainings, manage materials, records, and certifications, and ensure compliant reporting. Ideal candidates bring training coordination experience, strong organization, and excellent communication skills,

Qualifications

• Previous experience in training coordination, employee development, workforce development, human resources, administration, or a related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple training programs, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multiple departments
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee information appropriately
• Willingness to occasionally travel to construction projects or field locations to coordinate training activities
