Job summary

Lumity is seeking a Program Manager, Construction & Trades to provide site-based leadership for its construction and workforce development programming. You will translate goals, grant requirements, and priorities into calendars, schedules, workflows, and milestones, coordinating instructors, contractors, and partners while maintaining a safe, engaging learning environment.

You will work with the Case Manager to shape participant journeys, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5 years in workforce development or youth programming.
• Experience coordinating multi-partner programs.
• Trauma-informed, youth-centered practice is preferred.
• Strong data collection and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day implementation of assigned programming and ensure program components operate as one cohesive participant experience.
• Translate program goals, grant requirements, and organizational priorities into clear calendars, schedules, workflows, implementation plans, and program milestones.
• Coordinate training activities, work-based learning, credentialing, industry exposure, participant events, partner engagements, field experiences, and other program components.
• Coordinate instructors, construction trainers, contractors, employers, unions, training partners, guest facilitators, and other contributors involved in program delivery without supervising them unless assigned.
• Maintain clear communication and coordination among program contributors and elevate staffing, performance, safety, compliance, or operational concerns to the Program Director.
• Monitor program flow, participant engagement, instructional effectiveness, completion of benchmarks, and overall implementation quality; identify gaps and implement improvements.
