Waldinger Corporation seeks a Director of Construction Technology to lead strategy, platforms, and processes that support construction operations from estimating and VDC through procurement, fabrication, logistics, and field execution. You will partner with VDC, Fabrication, Estimating, IT, and Construction Operations to improve information flow, standardize workflows, and maximize ROI on technology investments.

Travel to project sites as needed.

Formación

• 10+ years in construction technology leadership.
• Strong model-based coordination experience.
• Proven ability to standardize workflows across teams.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and lead companywide construction technology strategy and standards.
• Mentor and grow the Construction Technology team across functions.
• Optimize model-based workflows from design through field execution.
• Drive technology adoption with training and support.
• Manage vendors, licensing, and integrations.
• Provide analytics and data management for decision-making.
