This role involves collaboration with various departments to implement machine control and 3D modeling, driving improvements in project accuracy and productivity. Candidates should have strong technical skills, experience in construction technology, and the ability to communicate effectively with both field and office teams.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years’ experience implementing and supporting digital construction technology.
• Experience in heavy highway construction or equipment operation.
• Strong math skills, especially geometry and algebra.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of digital construction technologies.
• Set up GPS for job site machine control.
• Operate Leica ICON Pave systems.
• Build and maintain 3D models.
