Job summary

Duininck Golf in Minnesota seeks a full-time specialist to oversee the integration and utilization of technology in construction projects. You will work with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to implement and optimize tech solutions that improve efficiency.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Trimble Business Center and AutoCAD Civil 3D, with surveying basics and strong communication skills. Travel and remote-office options apply as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the construction industry.
• Experience with Trimble Business Center and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Understanding of coordinate systems and datums.

Responsibilities

• Process survey data collected in the field.
• Convert design files to clean and usable linework for GPS.
• Create surfaces and cut/fill maps; manage design changes.
• Process scan data and prepare data for field export; create exhibits.
• Perform earthwork takeoffs from design files and field data.
• Develop As Builds and As-built documentation.
• Analyze GPS data to identify improvements; support Engineering team.
• Collaborate with project teams to assess technology needs and strategies.
• Research and recommend construction technology to streamline processes.
• Provide training and support on construction technology tools.
