Job summary

Duininck Incorporated is seeking a candidate to oversee the integration and utilization of technology in construction projects within the Duininck Golf division. You will work with project managers and contractors to implement efficient, scalable tech solutions on diverse builds.

The ideal candidate has a background in the construction industry and strong skills in Trimble Business Center and AutoCAD Civil 3D, with a focus on improving field-to-office data workflows.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the construction industry with strong understanding of construction processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process survey data collected in the field.
• Convert design files to clean and usable linework files for GPS in the field.
• Create and export surfaces.
• Manage changes to designs and files.
• Process scan data and prepare data for export back to the field.
• Perform earthwork takeoffs from design files and field survey data.
• Create cut/fill maps and as-built records.
• Develop As Builds and analyze GPS data for improvements.
• Collaborate with Engineering support across Duininck Golf and the company Engineering team.
• Assess technology needs and develop implementation strategies with project teams.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend construction technology solutions to streamline processes.
• Provide training and support to project teams on construction technology tools.
• Monitor performance of technology solutions and adjust for optimization.
• Stay updated on trends in construction technology and apply them to projects.
