Job summary

Owl Services LLC is seeking a skilled Construction Technician to support construction projects at our Holland, OH location. You will assist with site preparation, equipment operation, materials handling and general construction activities.

The role requires passing a DOT physical, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and the stamina to work outdoors in varying weather. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, with a strong safety mindset and reliable driving record.

Qualifications

• DOT physical required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand, walk, stoop, kneel and sit as needed.
• Climb stairs or ladders and navigate uneven terrain.
• Ability to work outdoors in heat, cold or humidity.
• Excellent driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of work site.

The Construction Technician supports construction projects by assisting with project execution, including site preparation, equipment operation, materials handling, and general construction activities. This is an opportunity for a long term position and to join a growing company.
