Job summary

Orkin is seeking motivated individuals to join a hands-on trade in a durable, recession-resistant industry. You’ll work on pest protection systems, perform attic and crawlspace services, and contribute to customer satisfaction with safe, professional service.

No pest control experience is required; our paid training program will prepare you to succeed, with opportunities to advance into leadership, sales, or management as you grow within a trusted national brand.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Demonstrated experience using a metal brake to bend/shaped metal components.
• Strong work ethic and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and install pest and home protection systems.
• Work collaboratively on a crew of technicians to complete a project.
• Complete attic and crawlspace services, including encapsulation and insulation.
• Light carpentry work.
• Communicate clearly with customers.
• Maintain company equipment and complete reports via handheld device.
