Job summary

PCL Construction Services, Inc. in Denver, Colorado is seeking an Integrated Construction Technology Coordinator to lead virtual model development, coordinate site logistics, and drive the adoption of PCL’s digital tools on projects.

You will collaborate with project teams, manage RFIs, and participate in trade coordination meetings, applying 3D and 4D modeling skills, reading construction drawings, and using VDC software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in buildings-industry related discipline (AEC) preferred.
• Exposure to 4D scheduling tools is an asset.
• Reading and interpreting 2D/3D drawings is an asset.
• Drafting and modeling experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Builds virtual models from plans, specifications, and elevations with supervision.
• Collaborates on construction site logistics models with the project team.
• Supports trade partner model coordination and reports to project management.
• Assists with model updates and RFIs creation/processing.
• Promotes use of virtual construction tools and drives adoption of PCL technologies.
• Develops and maintains strong customer-focused relationships with stakeholders.
