Cerris, a Kansas-based construction group, is seeking a Business Solutions Analyst who will bridge our IT team and business units, translating needs into technical specs and ensuring successful technology implementations.

You will coordinate projects, train staff on new tools such as dashboards and reports, and advocate for data-driven solutions that boost efficiency and reliability across SBUs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction technology, IT systems, or construction management software.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of construction industry work experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Communication: act as the primary contact between IT and business units.
• Understand Business Needs: analyze processes and opportunities within each unit.
• Translate Requirements: convert business needs into technical specifications.
• Project Coordination: manage technology projects from start to finish.
• Training and Support: train staff on new tools, dashboards and reports.
• Data and Visualizations Liaison: design data visualizations to promote literacy.
• Feedback Loop: collect input to drive continuous improvement.
• Innovation Advocacy: promote new technologies across business units.
