Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 3+ years in construction operations, tech, or software administration.
• Experience with leading software implementations and change management.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary admin for construction software platforms and cloud apps.
• Provide oversight across Operations, Project Management, Engineering, Accounting, IT, and Field Ops.
• Configure user accounts, permissions, workflows, and reporting tools.
• Lead software implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Develop standardized processes and best practices in software systems.
• Create onboarding and ongoing training for employees.
• Travel to jobsites to support users and understand tech needs.
• Develop reports and dashboards to support decisions.
• Coordinate with vendors on system enhancements and features.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions.
• Set long-term vision for construction technology initiatives.
