Kinsley Construction, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our York, PA team.

You will drive full-cycle recruitment, partner with hiring managers, and manage candidate communications to ensure a positive experience acrossConstruction craft, technical and professional roles. The successful candidate will source, screen, and coordinate interviews, maintaining candidate records and job postings, while supporting HR initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of recruiting or HR experience preferred.
• Familiarity with hiring regulations and ATS (BambooHR) preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational and detail-oriented skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates through various methods.
• Support full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles across the organization.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and manage postings.
• Coordinate background checks, drug testing and onboarding activities.
• Develop relationships with schools and community organizations to support recruiting.
