Job summary

Kinsley Construction is seeking an experienced Client Relations Manager to support client relations and business development for our York, PA office. This role focuses on building and maintaining relationships and identifying new opportunities within our targeted geographic area, partnering with project teams to promote Kinsley Construction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong communication skills and computer proficiency.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Interest in continuing to learn and grow.
• Experience in construction or related industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and carry out a business development and client relations strategy with goals aligned to growth.
• Develop relationships with business owners, developers, architects, engineers, consultants, and partners.
• Identify and pursue new construction opportunities with focus on self-performed work.
• Track leads, opportunities, and client activity in the CRM system.
• Represent Kinsley at industry events and conferences to grow connections.
• Stay involved with professional associations and community organizations.
• Promote Kinsley's presence across the MD/WV/VA region.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create client-facing materials.
• Support proposals and presentations with project teams.
