Job summary

Kinsley Construction is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in York, PA to support full-cycle recruitment across the organization. You will source, screen, and attract candidates for craft trades, technical, and professional roles, partnering with hiring managers to meet staffing needs and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 1–3 years of recruiting or HR experience preferred.
• Familiarity with ATS; BambooHR preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus; ability to handle confidential information.
• Experience supporting full-cycle recruitment and coordinating interviews.

Responsibilities

• Respond to employment inquiries via phone, email and in-person.
• Source and attract qualified candidates; manage job postings and ATS records.
• Coordinate interviews and participate in interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate records and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Partner with managers to identify staffing needs and recruitment initiatives.
• Coordinate recruiting events, job fairs, and networking opportunities.
• Assist with pre-employment activities including background checks and onboarding.
