Job summary

Lexicon is seeking a Systems Analyst to partner with division leaders, operations teams, and field personnel. You will translate business needs into practical technology solutions, document processes, and support ERP/CRM deployments to improve project execution, fabrication, and field productivity.

You will analyze system data, validate requirements, and help ensure secure access and reliable data flow across platforms for enterprise decision-making, with travel to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience with data, reporting, systems analysis, or enterprise applications.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration with field teams and stakeholders.
• Experience supporting ERP/CRM, reporting, and project management systems.
• Ability to document requirements and create SOPs and knowledge articles.

Responsibilities

• Define system needs with leaders to improve project delivery and operations.
• Document current and future business processes across workflows.
• Translate requirements into functional specs and implementation steps.
• Support ERP, CRM, reporting, and other enterprise applications.
• Analyze data and user feedback to reduce bottlenecks and improve outcomes.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement and adoption across regions.
• Develop training materials, user guides, SOPs, and adoption plans.
• Collaborate with jobsites to validate solutions and gather lessons learned.
• Coordinate with vendors on implementations and issue resolution; track work to closure.
• Travel to jobsites or facilities as needed to support implementations.
