You will translate business needs into functional specifications, support testing activities, and guide stakeholders through complex ERP projects to deliver practical, measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Equivalent work experience in ERP or related fields.
• Sequel software experience required.
• Ability to influence others and handle complex problems.
• Ability to train and mentor junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Customize and implement ERP applications for external clients.
• Analyze client needs and design business process requirements.
• Translate requirements into specifications for off-the-shelf or customized solutions.
• Test, document, and train client personnel on ERP software.
• Guide others in resolving complex issues using existing solutions.
