• Partner with Preconstruction stakeholders to understand current workflows, systems usage, and pain points
• Identify inefficiencies, duplicate entry, manual workarounds, and gaps in process or system design
• Recommend and help drive low-effort, high-impact improvements
• Improve consistency in system usage, field structure, naming, and data quality
• Help translate business needs into clearly defined requirements and scoped initiatives
• Coordinate with IT, Business Systems, and business leaders to support implementation of improvements
• Help develop larger ideas into structured projects for the company project pipeline
• Identify opportunities for future automation, reporting, and AI-enabled improvements as part of broader process maturity
