P-11 Security, Inc. is seeking a Construction Surveillance Technician to provide day-to-day security support for SCIF and SAPF construction efforts. The role involves monitoring, reporting, and enforcing SOPs while coordinating with site leadership.
Mandatory experience is 1-2 years with preferred knowledge of ICD 705. Candidates may be required to obtain Interim Secret clearance initially, with potential for TS/SCI polygraph based on qualifications.

Knowledgeable on Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705 (on SCIFs and compliance with uniform IC physical and technical security requirements)
Bachelor's degree is desired and counts towards 4 years of experience. Associates degree counts towards 2 years of experience.
Must obtain an Interim Secret clearance to start and be willing and able to obtain up to a TS/SCI with Counterintelligence polygraph.
Complete additional safety training and/or certification as required by local site (i.e., OSHA 10 Construction Safety, OSHA Fall Protection and OSHA Confined Space) within the first 30 days of hire.
