P-11 Security Inc in Cheyenne, WY seeks a Construction Surveillance Technician to provide day-to-day security supporting SCIF/SAPF construction efforts, enforcing SOPs and reporting incidents.
You will assess threats, manage escort personnel, inspect materials for secure spaces, photograph progress and support accreditation packets; interim secret clearance required to start, with potential TS/SCI polygraph.
The Construction Surveillance Technician’s primary function is to provide day-to-day security in support of Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) & Special Access Program Facility (SAPF) construction efforts.
Performance shall include:
1-2 years related experience
Knowledgeable on Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705 (on SCIFs and compliance with uniform IC physical and technical security requirements)
Bachelor’s degree is desired and counts towards 4 years of experience. Associates degree counts towards 2 years of experience.
Must obtain an Interim Secret clearance to start and be willing and able to obtain up to a TS/SCI with Counterintelligence polygraph.
Complete additional safety training and/or certification as required by local site (i.e., OSHA 10 Construction Safety, OSHA Fall Protection and OSHA Confined Space) within the first 30 days of hire.
