A growing telecommunications company is seeking a talented, motivated, and quality-minded Construction Supervisor. This role involves managing in-house crews and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with health and safety codes, and completing work on schedule. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Possess previous experience and understanding of underground and aerial construction.
2. Research, troubleshoot, and provide solutions for job-related issues efficiently.
3. Perform equipment, material, and routine site inspections.
4. Assist with recruitment and training of new staff.
5. Ensure safety standards are met on all job sites.
6. Process paperwork and travel to multiple sites as required.
7. Partner with the job site foreman to meet production goals safely.
8. Implement quality control techniques to enhance productivity.
9. Read and interpret design maps and prints.
10. Provide recommendations for quality improvement and efficiency.
11. Support underground and aerial crews in the field from a supervisory perspective.
12. Report daily production metrics to management.
13. Demonstrate knowledge of industry standards.
14. Perform all other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

1. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant resource tools.
2. Industry experience or the ability to quickly learn the role.
3. Willingness to expand knowledge and grow professionally.
4. Ability to work full-time with occasional overtime.
5. Skill in operating basic office equipment.
6. Ability to deliver high productivity and quality work while maintaining attention to detail.
7. Ability to understand and follow complex instructions.
