• Communicate and coordinate with contractors, supervisors, management and other stakeholders.
• Manage construction schedules.
• Ensure safety compliance.
• Oversee quality control/quality assurance to ensure work meets design requirements/standards.
• Prepare project updates and reports per NEET requirements.
• Provide project support as directed by NEET leadership.
• Liaison between contractor and NEET Project Management.
• Provide environmental oversight.

About the Role

We are hiring a Construction Supervisor Level 4 for an 11‑month W‑2 contract at a project site in Las Vegas (Clark County & Nye County). You will report to the onsite manager. The base salary range is $55.00/hr to $60.00/hr, depending on experience, qualifications and skills. Eligible benefits include comprehensive health and income protection benefits, a 401(k) savings plan and paid vacation for qualifying positions.

• Manage construction schedules
• Ensure safety compliance
• Oversee quality control/quality assurance to ensure work meets design requirements/standards

• Provide project support as directed by NEET leadership for all construction related activities
• Liaison between contractor and NEET Project Management
• Provide environmental oversight
