Qualifications

• Two or more years of superintendent experience in commercial/institutional construction or five+ years as a lead carpenter.
• Valid state driver’s license required.
• 30 Hour OSHA course, First Aid and CPR training preferred.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers on the project site.
• Ensure project execution meets financial and schedule goals.
• Ensure technical quality and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate and manage all safety programs on site.
• Coordinate and manage self-perform work operations.
