Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage construction projects from preconstruction through completion
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and milestones
• Coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and vendors
• Monitor daily site progress and adherence to safety protocols
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and building codes
• Prepare and submit reports, change orders, submittals, RFIs and minutes (Procore)

TiellohaspartneredwithahighlysuccessfulGeneralContractorinKingofPrussia,PAareaontheirsearchforaSuperintendentforRetail,Restaurants,SrLiving,Industrialprojectsupto$50MM.

TheSuperintendentwillserveasthecompany`spointofcontactbothwiththeclientandwiththeconstructionteamwhenrequired.YouwillengageinandinfluencethesafetycultureandhavetheauthoritytomakedecisionsontheContractor`sbehalfaboutsuchitemsascostandschedule.

Duties&Responsibilities:
