Job summary

Reliant Critical Infrastructure is seeking a Construction Superintendent 4 to lead on-site coordination across all construction phases, managing subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and the project team to keep work on schedule and within budget.

You will supervise daily site operations, safety, quality control, and documentation, with emphasis on MEP coordination and adherence to project specifications. Expect up to 50% travel and occasional after-hours work as needed.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of verifiable construction experience.
• Experience in mission-critical construction and coordination of trades.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and occasional evenings/weekends.
• Ability to read blueprints and coordinate with project teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, vendors, materials, and equipment according to the critical-path schedule to support timely project completion.
• Monitor daily work across all project units to verify progress, quality, and safety.
• Lead weekly subcontractor coordination meetings and communicate schedule conflicts and construction issues for resolution.
• Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions and assist with permits and approvals for revisions.
• Monitor compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards and maintain a clean, organized job site.
• Perform quality-control inspections, identify deficiencies, and issue noncompliance notices; verify corrections.
• Read blueprints and coordinate with the project team on ASIs, RFIs, and submittals.
• Maintain written daily site logs and records of submittals and approvals.
• Identify and track punch-list items through resolution.
• Assist with budgeting, bidding, and subcontract awards; identify work outside scopes.
• Open the job site at start of day and secure at end of day.
