Job summary

BRAVO Group, a joint venture with Bradford Construction, seeks an experienced Superintendent to support a NYC Public Agency project from our New York offices. The role oversees coordination of subs, schedules, quality control, and field reporting on multiple sites.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Architecture/Construction or related field, 8+ years of technical construction experience, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years work experience as a technical specialist in construction.
• Experience with NYC public agencies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, schedule, and manage all subcontractors and vendors.
• Expedite subcontractors and vendors daily and weekly.
• Identify and resolve construction-related issues as they develop.
• Supervise self-perform work and develop construction methods to improve efficiency.
• Oversee material receiving and ensure tickets are signed and filed.
• Maintain timekeeping and cost control records.
• Support jobsite reporting: daily/weekly/monthly updates and lookahead schedules.
• Review shop drawings and submittals to stay compliant with documentation.
