Responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontractors and field crews to align with project schedule.
• Manage site logistics and daily on-site operations.
• Enforce safety policies and monitor site safety compliance.
• Oversee quality control for finishes, systems, and hospitality spaces.
• Maintain and update construction schedules with the project team.
• Conduct inspections and manage punch-list processes.
• Communicate project progress and issues to owners, architects, consultants, and hotel representatives.
