Bancroft Construction is seeking a full-time Superintendent in Salisbury, MD. You will oversee field operations and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, while meeting safety and performance requirements.

You will be empowered to grow, take charge, and make an impact in a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities include coordinating with the Project Manager, subcontractors, and owners; maintaining documentation; drafting site management plans; conducting safety audits;

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing field operations on construction projects.
• Ability to coordinate with Project Manager, subcontractors, designers, and owners.
• Proficiency with Procore and site safety protocols.
• Familiarity with site layout, surveys, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site field operations to meet schedule, budget, safety, and performance objectives.
• Coordinate with PMs, subcontractors, designers, and owners to resolve obstacles.
• Draft and enforce site management plans; ensure proper housekeeping and document all change orders.
• Use Procore for RFIs, submittals, and communications; inspect work for plans/specifications.
• Pharmaceutical & healthcare experience is a plus.
