ARCO Design/Build is seeking a motivated Superintendent Intern to learn the construction process and work onsite on diverse projects. The internship offers hands-on experience, training programs, and structured reviews with a path to a full-time role after graduation.

You'll gain exposure to scheduling, coordinating with subcontractors, and managing project activity, while earning competitive hourly pay and benefits as described in the program details.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related degree program.
• GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher.
• Co-op or internship construction experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Current valid driver’s license in your state.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work on jobsites and gain hands-on experience across multiple industries.
• Learn scheduling, subcontractor communication, and project flow.
• Contribute to project life cycle tasks and ARCO’s success.
