Job summary

ARCO Design/Build is looking for a motivated College Superintendent Intern in Indianapolis. This role offers hands-on experience in various construction projects and the chance to learn from expert field personnel on the jobsite.

Interns will assist Superintendents, contribute to project life cycles, and gain insights into the construction management field. ARCO promotes a supportive work environment with a path to full-time positions following graduation.

Qualifications

• Co-op or intern construction experience preferred.
• Possess a current valid driver's license.
• Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting heavy loads.

Responsibilities

• Assist Superintendents on various construction jobsites.
• Learn to create schedules and communicate with subcontractors.
• Contribute to project life cycle tasks.

Education

Enrolled in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related degree programs
