Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in construction site management or related education.
• Knowledge of quality and safety guidelines for job sites.
• Able to read/review construction plans and specs.
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• On-site project administration and daily inspection logging.
• Review documents and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate schedule and cost management with project team.
• Supervise staff and provide feedback to field personnel.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and manage progress updates.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly job site.
