CapVest LLC in NW Wisconsin is seeking a Construction Field Engineer. You will be the eyes on the ground, enforcing SOPs, inspecting daily work, and guiding issues before they become costly. This hands‑on, high‑trust role sets the stage for a future Project Superintendent.

Qualifications

• Five plus years of construction and project experience.
• Ability to diagnose quality issues and perform hands‑on tasks.
• Proficiency with current computer programs.
• Bachelor’s or associate degree in construction management or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections per SOPs and document corrections.
• Post daily logs in Buildertrend to show progress and quality.
• Oversee punch lists and tenant work orders during construction.
• Maintain site safety and regulatory compliance (OSHA).
• Communicate with suppliers, subcontractors, and teammates.
