Construction Superintendent - Healthcare or Higher Ed Projects

Overview: The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of completing construction projects within the Higher Education and/or Healthcare (hospital) sectors, delivering projects on schedule and within budget, and coordinating vendors, subcontractors, and field staff. Ground-up and/or renovation experience in healthcare and higher education is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide field oversight for all phases of assigned construction projects
• Develop and manage project schedules
• Manage subcontractor performance relationships
• Ensure timeliness and total quality of assigned projects
• Prepare project documentation for coordination and effective site management
• Implement and execute Quality Control/Quality Assurance programs
• Promote an injury-free job site through safety initiatives and the company safety program

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience as a Project Superintendent with experience in the higher education construction sector
• Willing to drive within an hour radius of Topeka, KS
• Strong client relationships in the area preferred
• Good tenure is a must
